THESE WORKOUTS FOCUS ON THE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS OF BALL HANDLING. SOME OF THE SKILLS THAT WILL BE INTRODUCED AND REINFORCED INCLUDE DRIBBLING WITH BOTH HANDS, PROPER FOOTWORK, PROTECTING THE BASKETBALL UNDER PRESSURE, CREATING SPACE AND CHANGE OF SPEED.
