INDIVIDUAL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

OUR STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY TO DEVELOP AND IMPROVE OUR PLAYERS OVERALL ATHLETIC POWER AND EXPLOSION. OUR TRAINERS WILL ACHIEVE THIS THROUGH THE USE OF PLYOMETRICS. THIS TYPE OF TRAINING INVOLVES STRETCHING THE MUSCLES BEFORE QUICKLY CONTRACTING THEM TO GENERATE POWER. WHEN USED PROPERLY, PLYOMETRICS FOR BASKETBALL CAN HELP YOU DEVELOP A SOLID STRENGTH BASE, INCREASE YOUR VERTICAL JUMP, IMPROVE YOUR SPEED ON THE COURT AND HONE YOUR OVERALL ATHLETICISM.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING IS AVAILABLE TO BOYS & GIRLS OF ALL AGES.

 

WINTER SESSION

December 5, 2016 – February 25, 2017

The winter session runs for 12 weeks. Each private workout is 1 hour long.

We offer 3 packages for individual strength & conditioning

BRONZE PACKAGE

1 SESSION PER WEEK
(12 SESSIONS)
$50 PER SESSION

SILVER PACKAGE

2 SESSIONS PER WEEK
(24 SESSIONS)
$45 PER SESSION

GOLD PACKAGE

3 SESSIONS PER WEEK
(36 SESSIONS)
$40 PER SESSION

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING SESSIONS ARE HELD
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 3:00-9:00
SATURDAY FROM 11:00-5:00
SUNDAY FROM 12:00-5:00
