YOGA will be offered at 1 Stop Basketball’s new facility starting on December 7th!
Come improve strength, flexibility, balance, and reduce stress through the practice of yoga. If you are new to yoga, modifications for all poses will be given and if you are an experienced practitioner, there will always be an option to advance poses too. No mat? No blocks? There will be some available on a first come, first served basis.
